I Know This Might Sound Kind Of Silly, But You Actually Have To Wake Up Early To Get Your Day Started.

But Brandon, I Am A Night Owl… I Just Can’t Wait Up Early.

Well, Then You Might Just Die Early Then, So Suite Yourself.

In a 2018 study They Surveyed 32,000 Nurses And Found That Found Night Owls Were Slightly More Likely To Be Depressed Than Their Morning Colleagues.

 In Another Study In 2018, Found Night Owls Were More Likely To Die At An Earlier Age Than Early Risers.

If That Doesn’t Get You Motivated To Wake Up Early, Than I Don’t Know What Will.

The Main Reason Most People Are “Night Owls” Is Because Of Their Lifestyle Choices.

  • Such As Going Out Late At Night
  • Drinking Or Smoking Before Bed
  • Watching TV Late At Night
  • Etc

The Reason I Can Wake Up Early Is That, I Go To Bed Early.

As Soon As I Get Up, I Put My Feet On The Floor, And After That, It Becomes A Piece Of Cake.

I Typically Start My Morninh With 12-16 Ounces Of Water  With Lemon Before I Do Anything Else.

This Allows Me To Flush All Sorts Of Benefits To Get My Morning Motivation.
